1. Choose the content
Pictures from a set or your own photos, a word list, letters, numbers or maths. The cards can even show something different from the caller, such as a sum and its answer.
2. Set up the cards
3 × 3 for the youngest, 4 × 4, or classic 5 × 5 with a free square. Pick the number of cards and what makes a bingo: a line, the corners, an X or a full card.

One bingo, many ways to learn
Children and adults love bingo, and they practise attention, vocabulary and arithmetic along the way.
Picture bingo for preschoolers
A 3 × 3 card of animals or fruit. Children look for the picture the teacher shows or names.
Letter bingo
The caller shows a capital A, the children find the small a on their card. Great for learning letters.
Maths bingo
The caller shows 3 + 4, the card has the answer 7. Addition, subtraction and times tables.
Foreign-language vocabulary
Words on the cards, read aloud by the caller. Or the other way round, from a picture.
